Canva World Tour

The Canva World Tour Finale in Sydney was a large-scale live and broadcast event bringing together more than 3,300 Canva staff for a high-energy celebration of creativity.

For the Sydney finale of the Canva World Tour, I led production design for the audience activations, working as part of the KOJO team alongside DONE+DUSTED on a large-scale, end-to-end live experience for over 3,300 guests.

The activations were designed as a fully immersive Canva World Tour Backlot Studio — an interactive, colour-blocked playground that translated Canva’s creative identity into physical space. From render to reality, the environment featured a prop room, wardrobe, green room, hair and makeup, and multiple photo-ready moments, encouraging exploration and participation throughout the event.

Every element was developed to feel playful, polished, and broadcast-ready, sitting seamlessly within a wider audience journey that extended from arrival through to the keynote and global livestream. A complex build delivered through tight timelines, late nights, and a deeply collaborative team effort.
